ALH advises that all gift cards sold in its venues from 31 March 2018 will not have an expiry date.
This flexibility will extend to patrons with active gift cards purchased on or after 31 March 2017.
The changes apply across ALH & the Woolworths Group, meaning the following suite of gift card products purchased after 30 March 2017 will no longer expire:
- Monty’s Rewards Gift Cards
- WISH and Store Gift Cards
- Essentials Gift Card
- Groceries Gift Card
To avoid wasting plastic gift cards already produced, some gift cards stock will continue to have a 12-month expiry date notice printed on the back.
