The town of Mango Hill QLD saw its favourite local pub refreshed and revived after a full renovation in November 2022. North Lakes Tavern is in the heart of the North Lakes shopping precinct and has been serving the community for years.
Locals in the area love the Tavern, and though the pub was only closed for four weeks for the renovation, North Lakes regulars were itching to get back to their local.
There’s seating outside near the fountain, tables near the street overlooking the passers-by, and a fresh new look inside with bifold windows to break the boundary between inside and out. The interior is clean and contemporary, bright and friendly.
The food is fresh, modern pub food with all the classic dishes you’d expect at your local. There are plenty of drinks to choose from, alcoholic and not.
Hats off to the North Lakes team for pulling off a big renovation in a short period of time.
