There’s something so special about the tender, slightly sweet, slightly buttery taste of lobster. Not to mention, the number of different ways you can enjoy it: steamed in the shell, accompanying a juicy steak, in a bun, in pasta, or even as part of a delicious curry. 

In July 2022, our WA venues celebrated WA Lobster Fest with a number of lobster dishes added to their menus throughout the month. Each venue had a selection of dishes to choose from, with all venues offering the option to add half a WA lobster to any menu item. 

Our guests tucked into all things lobster throughout the month, and it was a great success for the WA teams. WA Lobster Month was a true celebration of the decadent shellfish, and we can’t wait to do it again.
