The results for Randstad Australia’s top 10 employers list are in, and we are proud to announce that ALH has landed the number two spot. Also ranking first for having a pleasant work atmosphere and highly for financial stability and career progression, we were the only company in the top 10 from the private sector.

So, what does that mean? Every year, Randstad conducts Employer Brand Research to understand the country’s largest organisations by workforce size, who is the most attractive employer. 

In 2022, we reached a respectable fourth place, jumping up two spots this year to second.
